We have warehouses set up in the L.A., Shen Zhen and Singapore. You will receive an email with the order confirmation once your order payment is processed. Your order will be shipped from the nearest location. When we ship out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

We do ship internationally to over 50 countries across the globe. We primarily ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Singapore, as well as some other countries and regions.

Countries we DO NOT ship to:

Iceland, Africa, Asia (except HongKong, Taiwan, Macau), South America (except Brazil),  and Armed Forces Areas of Americas/ Europe/ Africa /Canada/ Pacific and colonies. Also, Alaska, Hawaii and some other islands are not available now.
