We offer a 30 day warranty upon arrival. Our returns and exchanges are free under the guarantee (no additional refund administration fees or shipping costs), which means we will cover all costs of returns and exchanges.

If the product you receive is defective or broken, or not what you want with your purchase, please contact our Customer Experience Team at support@fytist.com  to initiate a return or exchange. 

 

Return Conditions:

1. After arrival, you have 30 days to decide whether the items are right for you. Please offer your order number and the products that you would like to return when contacting us. 

2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

    1) Original shipping fees and insurance.

    2) E-gift cards items .

    3) Purchased from a third-party seller.

    4) Lost /Damage caused by customers.

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@fytist.com.

1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day No-Hassle refund policy.  If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us for the return lable. After receiving the goods, we will refund you within 5 business days, and you may receive the refund within 7-14 business days.
